Returns & Refunds

 All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our work we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

This applies to:

  • Original artworks

  • Prints

  • Art objects

  • Pre-orders

  • Gift cards

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If an order requires re-shipment, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs.

That said, we want you to love your art piece and your experience with Studio Eleni Colleony, therefore if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue, your order number and a brief description. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution.

Shipping responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims when applicable.

Order cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Preorders are considered final at the time of purchase.
